From Hampstead Heath our Sunday walk takes us through the gardens of Golders Hill Park and to its cafe for morning coffee. From here we walk across the West Heath, on through the gentle lawns of Hill Garden, up to the terrace, with views looking towards Harrow on the Hill, and along the 800ft-long colonnaded walkway called the Pergola, with its old rotting beams supporting the ivy and wisteria.
